I want to express how glad i am for the peace that dagbong is enjoying now. I am particularly happy for what the musicians and movie actors actresses are doing now to promote peace in dagbong.However, i am a bit worry by the way the tertiary students (especially, the university students )of dagbong goe about handling the chieftancy issue of dagbong
in the various campuses. For example, in some campuses dagombas can not organise a meeting because of the divide that exist between andanis and abudus. I am an eye witness to this unfortunate happening. I don't want to disclose the details because of security reasons. All that I want to say is that, peace in dagbong will not become a mirage if the youth in dagbong try to put aside the unpast and forge ahead with unity especially the young and vibrant tertiary students of dagbong.
PEACE WILL CERTAINLY RIGN IN DAGBONG!!!

Hi Dagbon States...Damaba is here once again...What do we do to mark the occasion? home coming? any plan?..anyway I think is high time we honor dis great festival by coming home from where eva we are to participate in dis festival. Dagombas have a wonderful and proud tradition which can be patronise world wide depending on how we Dagombas show respect n love to our great tradition.
