Unity and the Stability in the region!!
Hello my fellow ghanian ladys and gentle men and Dagomba's in particula, the history and the time has recall it self for the upcoming of the Holy month of the Ramadan in the mid Augest next month.
Theres a need of reconcilling, unity, stability, peace, tollerance and forgivenes to the general public Muslims in particula,in order to be blessed in the Holy month
and for our prayers to be heared by Allah(SWT).
Islam is the foundation of the word peace and to the Muslim community in general,it's a great honour, desire and proud to classfy our selves as peace makers/lovers.That we surrender and submit our selves to the will of Allah.
Then we have to love peace and abide by it's principles to have the blessings of Allah, and to remember what brought us together as one family and from one destiny(Islam).
We should love each other learn to be forgiven and should not devide our selves by political amandments and desire for we are one nation and nothing seprate us from our roots as Muslims and Dagomba's in particular.
God bless Ghana and Dagban.

Commenting on Bawku Crisis
pls,i want to comment on the problem in Bawku.all this curfew, and president meeting KUSASIS leders and the MAMPRUSIS leders, will not help bring any peace in bawku.am from bawku, mamprusis by tribe.son of the soil in bawku.all that we want is justice.no one is above the law.all that is happening in bawku, between the mamprusis and the kusasis is about chifetecy.this can end once and for all.the count of law is there,mr president should ask both tribe to go and propre them self for count, the matter is in count so that the whole world will see every thing.but if you are telling the kusasais naba, that he is the father of all in bawku so he should go and talk to them.trust me he cannot stop any body from doing any thing, not even his own peoples.because he cannot call any mamprusis to tell him to stop doing anything whether good or bad.cause we the mamprusis are seeing him to be a kusasi chife not a bawku chife.and if the they want us to see him as bawku chife then they should let the count decite.we the mamprusis are ever ready any time to go to count.ghanains if not that.mark my wards.this election there is going to be one which will be more than this.kusasis say they will not stop, mamprusis are saying they will not stop.the other way to stop this matter too,is for mr.president to withdraw all the security the innocent soul all from bawku, even if you are mamprusis and you think you dont want to fight you can follow the security and go.because in mamprusis we dont have cowardness in our blood.and we fight who so ever win should take bawku.if not, this war have just started and will stop.we dont care what is going to happen.my name is PRINCE KAMAL GUMAH.

Northern Region. This region covers 31% of Ghana but is home to only 2 million people.
Universities: University of Development Studies
More information: It's now classified us metropolis and have more than 10 higher institutions one Polytechnic, four Training colleges, about six Health institutions, two Universities. due to my knowledge. All this in Tamale, I am not talking about the Region in general.
Tamale is the capital city of the Northern region of Ghana mostly inhabited by the Dagomba linguistic groups.Which are Mampurusi, Nanumba, Zabagsi, Gurusi, Frafra, Dagaati... The city is home to about 2.8 million people. It is a nodal city that serves as convergence zone as well as the commercial capital of the three northern regions.it's strategic geographical Settled.
It is one city in Ghana where one can find an architectural blend of traditional slum and modern buildings with a hospitable people with a great respect for their traditional political system. The settlers brought this political system over seven hundred years ago when they first crystallized in the mid land of the north, after they left the south saying they don't want mountains land. In Tamale, one can be treated to both local and exotic cuisines in any of its 2 or 3 star hotels like Gariba Lodge, Mariam Hotel Hamdalla hotel picorrna hotel city lodge etc. The city happens to be the cereal, Yam and Meat breadbasket of the country so these sell cheaply in the local markets.
Tamale is reputed to be one of the fastest growing cities in West Africa. Even though limited in natural resources, seasonal farming is the major occupation of the natives who receive strangers with open arms. With its mostly flat terrain, one secures a good look of the city on any three or four-storey building. In the heart of the city are the traditional palaces of the Gulkpe Naa and the Dapkema where one can catch a glimpse of pure traditional architecture. All the intra city roads in Tamale are tarred with the central dual-lane double road lit in the night.
Being close to the Sahara Desert (in comparison with other major cities in Ghana), one has the opportunity to enjoy a true tropical sunbath in Tamale. The hamattan season presents two extreme weather conditions each day. There is the extreme cold temperature of the early dawns and morning and the very warm afternoon. There is a suburb called Education Ridge in the northwestern part of the city covering an area of about 3km sq where one can find over 24 schools crammed together ranging from Kindergartens through junior secondary and senior secondary schools, teachers training colleges, a polytechnic to the Central administration of the only university in the northern part of Ghana. Tamale secondary school and Bagabaga Training colleges that have produced the current Vice president (Alhaji Aliu Mahama) and a past head of state (Dr. Hilla Limann)and most of the Norther Palimenterians, and ministers respectively are located within this area. The numerous trees especially Mahogany lining up the streets in this part of the city gives it a tropical rain forest outlook.
There are also a considerable number of international Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) like the Catholic Relief Services (CRS), CARE International, ActionAid, World Vision etc. having their offices in Tamale but mostly work in the rural areas of the north. Communication with the outside world is as good as that in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
